Positively Positive

Positivity is very fashionable these days. Indeed, it is a very useful technique when used appropriately. If you ever practice positive thinking, ask yourself these questions:

  • How does it feel for you?

  • Can you get into the spirit of it fairly easily or does it take a bit of an effort?

  • Can you sustain your positivity through the day or it only lasts as long as your first cup of coffee?

  • Does your positivity help others in your life to stay upbeat or you get told off for being a Pollyanna?

  • Do your attempts to stay positive feel like hard work?

If your positivity feels like a trip to a gym, this means that there are subconscious blocks stopping you from being at ease with the flow of life.

Emotions are signals from your subconscious that help you to be on course with your life purpose. Emotions are useful and valuable because they connect you with your inner wisdom. Chinese believe that every emotion should be experienced at least once every day. However, we often place judgements on our emotions and hide from them. Anger is unacceptable, sadness is socially inappropriate, frustration is unsightly, shame is …. well, shameful really. Joy is childish. Happiness is outlandish. Pain and tears are too private. The list goes on.

Unacknowledged and unprocessed emotions remain in your system waiting to be noticed and felt.

Ignoring your emotions or brushing them off with so-called positive thinking is like putting a bandage on a flushing engine oil gage, hoping that now when you cannot see it, the car will continue to run fine. Ignoring a problem does not make it go away. Using the same metaphor, an appropriate use of positivity in the low engine oil situation would be to tell yourself that you can handle it, calmly re-arrange your schedule and head to the nearest mechanic.

Kinesiology can help you to find your natural state of positivity. It works with subconscious blocks that stop us from living our highest and best.

Kinesiology helps you to find the natural state of peace and harmony. In my line of work, I come across people with depression, grief and emotional issues of various nature. After few kinesiology sessions, my clients find that it takes much less effort to remain positive, that their positivity is genuine and comes from the deep core of their true selves.

Positivity is our natural state, that takes no effort to maintain if all parts of us are in harmony.

If you want to feel different, make an appointment with your kinesiologist.

Kinesiology investigates what causes undesired states and what stands on the way of your natural positivity and resilience. Using gentle energy healing techniques kinesiologist makes subtle but powerful changes to your energy flow. This calms your fight and flight adrenal response and quiets your overexcited sympathetic nervous system. Having relaxed mind and body allows you to deal with day to day challenges calmly and effectively while maintaining optimistic disposition and joyful attitude to life.
